Joshua 1:8 and the 613 OT commandments

Joshua 1:8 says, this Book of the Law must not depart from your mouth; you are to meditate on it day and night so that you may carefully observe everything written in it. For then you will prosper and succeed in whatever you do.

The Jewish Book of the Law is the Torah, which is also called the Pentateuch, or the five books of Moses (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy). In Jewish tradition, there are 613 commandments. The negative commandments are 365 to coincide with the number of days in a solar year. The positive commandments are 248, which is a number ascribed to the number of bones and main organs in the human body. The number 613 is mentioned in the Jewish Talmud.

Some of these commands cannot be followed since the destruction of the Second Temple. There are 77 positive and 194 negative commandments that can be observed today, and 26 of those can only apply within the Land of Israel. Below is listed all 613 commandments in the Book of the Law.
